Книжка Мари Кондо отвлекает от срочных заказов, но мотивирует убираться в жизни. Её принцип за один раз генералить квартиру мне не нравится. Много времени на это + непонятно, что будет нужно, а что нет. Решила дать себе время на уборку в физическом пространстве и выкидывать вещи каждый день, но немного. И так же делать ментальную уборку, брать по одному вопросу в день. Специфика моей работы такая, что физическое тело занято, а голова болтается, где угодно. 8ч жить в прошлом или будущем не удивительно, что я постоянно без сил. В топку. Брать 1 вопрос на день и обдумывать его со всех сторон. Со временем будет порядок. И признать уже, что сделано, то сделано. Прошлого не вернуть.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
