С утра была ложная идея что меня должен заметить ЙР, потом подумала что ненормально не иметь собственных интересов, а хотеть чтобы реализация пришла извне, в данном случае от ЙР
Сегодня хочу найти сериалы с Дж.Э.
Постоянно становится тоскливо из-за того что пытаюсь себя заставить делать то что "должна", но не хочу в данный момент
В. виноват в том что обесценивал мои желания, потребности и склонности, а Н. виновата в том что внедряла политику заставления , что все надо делать через не могу , через нехочу

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
