Ну еще петь чуть-чуть и немного скороговорок
Это всё голосовое
Выкрикиваться и тарабарщину (тарабарщина — свободный поток слов на несуществующ языке) — это избавляет от психического давления и давления ощущений
Прозвучивание тела —:это когда гласные звуки и слоги в сочетании с движениями и вниманием. Для чего? Просто нравится
Пение, естн, для души. А скороговорки - тонус для произношения (которое мне ни к чему, но хочется)
Таким голосовым, исходящим свободно, только пугать соседей. Поэтому полудикое место я нашёл. А когда нет времени добраться туда, подходит шумный отрезок вдоль шоссе.
Вот так. Даёшь свободу через голос.

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
