Сделать физ работу проще можно, если не таскать много, пытаясь "успеть". Вопрос куда собственно успеть, если нет нормативов как таковых? Работай хоть 1 за 7, а денег больше не получишь. Брала меньше груз, но ходила чаще и не так умахалась. Думаю так и поступать на будущее: не бежать помогать другим, как "положено", но работает что-то в одну сторону. Не брать много за раз, не делать лишних движений. Нужно последить за спиной. начал позвоночник привет передавать, что не радует.

Придумала схему получения заказов. Надо попробовать, что из этого вообще выйдет пока возможность есть так делать.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
