Не сплю двое суток и ни в одном глазу. Проблемы со сном усугубляются, не знаю, в чём дело. Будучи в отпуске не беспокоило, пару часов в день поспать и дальше бегать, больше впчтл = лучше. Также чувствуется обострение -голизмов, для реализации через работу необходима ясная голова. Голова и не в тумане, но фоном последние ~2 месяца что-то беспокоит.
Другое: попробую на выходных заняться благотворительностью. Если не съеду с темы...
Другое: «тёмная материя» 24 понравился, хочется подобного.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
