Спонтанно обдумывала какие вопросы задавать мж для проверки. Записывала идеи. Например, про спорт хочется спрашивать были ли у него травмы и какие. Местные обезьяны могут хвастаться травмами и играют как фанатики. Такие и зубы выбьют во время футбола
Делать цв, представлять, что мж - противный, опасный насильник и не жалеть из-за внешности, объективнее относиться. Так же как к некрасивому мж (таких проще проверять). Буду давать перечитывать свои разговоры одной дв. Самой тоже включать голову
Залипла на роликах со зверями. Как корова тискает щенка или верблюд зашел на кухню и просит супа. Лев играет с щенкамм, оленята с котом. Хорошо, что инст выключается у меня через пол часа

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
