К врачам не записалась, это было ожидаемо. Нет денег-нет медицины. К окулисту просто невозможно, к неврологу только через телеграм, но мое сообщение до сих пор не прочитано. Подожду до завтра, но похоже придется идти как и всегда-за деньги
Нашла себе зал. Завтра утром отвезу сына в школу и поеду на пробную тренировку. Мне надо себя загрузить, чтобы мои вредные привычки не брали верх над разумом. Да и силовые дают энергию, а она мне сейчас необходима

Завтра надо поехать с Матвеем в развлекательный центр-обещала. Ходить гулять не могу себя заставить.

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
