Выспался, почти 9 часов сна. И сны были приятные, с эротическими моментами.

Было приятно гулять по окрестностям. Сначала состояние было придавленное, не было яркого удв от природы. А после практик и усилий как будто спихнул с себя некий груз мрачности, и стало приятно жить, наслаждение от природы и от прогулки стало доступным, естественным.

Начал читать Панову "Жизнь Мохаммеда". Всплеск удв и интереса от того, что появилось чтение на интересную тему. И нравится представлять себе жизнь древних арабов, удивляться ей.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
