Утренние проверки интернетов занимают 3-5 минут - почта, годвилль, !ф, телега. Каеф. Сегодня разнообразия ради даже встала в половину восьмого, не валялась час. Теперь бы ещё закрепить привычку не валяться, тогда до завтрака будет влезать две помидоры по 50 мин. Вечером приуныла с маман, послушала очередное саммари, отуныла. Каеф! Я всё-таки пиздец внушаемый человек. Если мне постоянно говорить медитативно и по-доброму, что унывать плоха, грустна и нинада так - я довольно быстро начинаю верить 🤣 Когда перейду к другому разделу сайта, составлю списек медитативного на переслушивание, чисто с целью мотивации и закрепления эффекта. Погода вроде и сегодня обещает быть приятновой. Каеф!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
