Ем вкусный ягодный слоеный кейк в кафе. Работаю. Почти примирился с новым Маком - работать на нем удобно, и он же не виноват в том, что я кретин предыдущий бук поставил на влажный от дождя стол.
Много негативных уверенностей о будущем в связи с сложностями на работе. Понял, что это одна из основных причин моего фона мрачности последние несколько недель. Имитирую поведение довольного жизнью, расслабленного человека - сильно помогает.
Был конфликт с К. Помирились.
Утром был на BJJ первый раз. Много впечатлений и свежесть после тренировки. Почти не устал.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
