1) Проснулся рано относительно и поехал на работу, сделал все быстро и поехал на Борщагу. ТАМ встретился с Мелей и мы погнали в качалку, дождавшись ВеИл*а. Позанимался просто замечательно,немного кумарило что Меля ржал, когда я немного недотягивал с гантелями, но в принципе атмосфера дружелюбна и тренер уделяет немало внимания, что похвально.
Абольше я ниче не делал, я скоро спать. А не
2) Поубирал, приготовил курицу по своему эксперименту, удалась... но видя кровь, я вспомнил о том, что эту курицу кто-то убил...

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
