Сходила в офис компании, в которой работала 4 года назад. Ностальджи. Настроения в офисе оч сильно отличаются от тех компаний, где я работала после. Общая жизнеутверждающая позиция, говорят о росте, о развитии, верят в будущее, в общем позиция успешных людей, работающих в успешной компании. И наверное, половина сотрудников еще с тех времен, когда я там работала. Тоже отличие от моих последних офисов. Получала ПЭ от того, что мне радовались, обнимали, и я тоже радовалась. Но потом появилась грусть - различила, что снова включилось чб от того, что я постарела. Многие в офисе остались такими же, а я заметно изменилась. Эти мысли-печаль о моей внешности сильно заебали. как будто я моделью работаю

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
