мы притворяемся, что нас все устраивает, даже, если нас что-то не устраивает. мы обманываем сами себя, а потом действуем согласно этому обману. надеваем маску и живем так.
защита от страха потери= не приобретать, но ведь можно приобретать с умом.
защита от сгорания=сублимация: рисование, творчество, работа над письмом, съемка видео.
мы притворяемся, что проблемы нет- нам так удобнее, но она есть.
№4 я ооочень боюсь сблизиться с людьми, а потом встретиться с тем, что мне придется выбирать между ними и чем-то или кем-то другим. в итоге, придется бросать или расставаться. Решение= не питать иллюзий по поводу вечности дружбы, хотя такое может быть, если верить в нее обоим.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
