На днях я наткнулась на статью. Уилл Боуэн проводил эксперимент, всем желающим эксперимента нужно было надеть на руку фиолетовый браслет и в течении 21 дня нельзя было жаловаться, критиковать, сплетничать, осуждать, и высказывать недовольства. Если в течении этого времени человек забудется, и произнесёт “запретное” слово или слова, то браслет нужно переодеть на другую руку и начать отсчёт дней заново. И так до тех пор, пока браслет не пробудет 21 день на одной руке.

сегодня первый день моего эксперимента. с одной стороны замечательное настроение, а с другой стороны иногда приходиться сдерживаться. ну, пока браслет на левой руке. надеюсь, так будет не только 21 день

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
