Ключевая ставка поднята с 10,5% аж до 17%. Именно под такой годовой процент ЦБ будет занимать рубли другим банкам. Банки во1-х, станут меньше играть на разнице валютных курсов, так как это теперь не выгодно или рисковано. Во2-х, рублей в экономику станет поступать меньше, а чего меньше, то автоматически дороже. В3-х, население будет больше ценить рубли, кладя их в банки, под теперь высокие проценты. Все это отложит крах экономики.
Но! Такое решение одновременно тормозит развитие экономики. Фирмы не смогут брать комфортные кредиты на создание производств и инфраструктуры. Люди не смогут брать комфортные ипотечные и потребительские кредиты. Поэтому, когда рубль окрепнет ставку нужно снижать.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
