Дочитал Селекцию привлекательных состояний до страницы, где предлагается дальше не читать и, думаю, пора сделать первые "заметки на полях". Механические желания можно было бы назвать механическими мотивациями и окончательно уйти от неудобной ассоциации. В остальном изложение несколько сумбурно, но полагаю, дальше найду уточнения таким моментам. В целом суть ясна: следует избавляться от догматизма и автоматизма в своих суждениях, желаниях и мотивациях, чтобы отбрасывать НЭ и концентрировать внимание на ОзВ.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
