Пришли результаты анализов. Инфекционного ничего нет, все идеально. Но высокий уровень холестерина. Сдаю этот анализ 1-2 раза в год, и каждый раз уровень холестерина лпнп все выше. Не знаю, почему. Когда узнала о нем, перестала есть яйца, майонез, почти не ем масло. Диету не жестко соблюдаю, могу сожрать оливье раз в месяц или торт. Но по сравнению с тем, как раньше ела, разница большая.
Много страхов будущего - нищеты, болезней, боли. Когда думаю о здесь и сейчас, то обнаруживаю, что мне как минимум неплохо. И только от мыслей о будущем куча нэ

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
