работал, гулял, делал вв, отжимался, подтягивался, растягивался)
устранял тревогу и подавленность - получалось чуть-чуть
трв из-за работы - что не успеваю, затягиваю сроки - я непродуктивен т.к. проект оч надоел
охота тискаться
есть озм того что я скучный - с др стороны меня это волнует потому что хочу произвести впч, понравится - а значит я опять гоняюсь за фантомами, и не думаю о своем удовольствии. Я так уже делал и получилась фигня) хочу другой подход - но сложно отказаться от жвп - это вообще самое главное в моей личности.
Хочу пофантазировать в деталях чего мне хочется от поездки чтобы получить максимум удовольствия.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
