Спокойное состояние, несмотря на то, что у меня неприятности, из-за которых я обычно впадаю в сильное ндв - нет инета в логове и невозможно работать, и я уже больше часа пытаюсь поменять деньги, но во всех банках, где я была, закрыто, а у меня с собой вообще нет денег и я сильно голодная.
Хочется спокойно решать проблемы и ув на 10, что они временные. Клево, что нет моего обычного катастрофизма
Испытывать ув-сть, что все проблемы временные и дальше будет много приятного - афигенно

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
