Через это сложно переступить и начать использовать мужиков.
Часто встречается ситуация , что двч делает что-то для урода и стесняется из ЧСУ и втруплённости даже денег попросить на подарок.
Мне помогает ясность, что любое общение с мжк наносит психический ущерб в силу того, что он меня презирает и обсирает. Если я не противостою этому, то мне потом требуется разбор общения с ним и сдвиги уверенности, чтобы ослабить эти укреплённые во время общения СУ.
Поэтому деньги и подарки-просто оплата морального ущерба.
Помогает: выписать разговор, с мжк и начать его анализировать, выяснится куча обсираний.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
