Долго не мог понять, почему скажем тупить в интернете легко, а учить что-то тяжело? Никак не удается начать, а начав через 5 минут хочется бросить.
На днях увидел разницу, что в случае интернета, я не прикладываю усилия совсем, а если что-то делать самому, то нужно прикладывать свое внимание, сосредотачивать его. Читая физику нужно приложить внимание, усилие, вынырнуть из ленного наблюдения. Легко фантазировать, потому что катишься по привычным мыслям, тяжело что-то продумать новое.
Буду сосредотачиваться на этом в ближайшее время. Разница с тем что было в том, что тогда меня интересовала только деятельность, теперь же буду обращать внимание именно на самих усилиях.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
