Это самый необходимый навык, чтобы подчинить мужика и сделать его управляемым.Без уверенности в себе даже комплименты от меня будут восприниматься как заискивание и он будет автом презирать.
Формулировка НУ: я красивая, сильная, умная уверенная в себе девочка.
Как достичь её :
1) Делать АПД - по разговору, в метро, везде. - На сайте bodhi.name в разделе статьи есть статья "Проблема мужей и подстилок" (АПД по разговору напишу в след фрэге)
2) Порождать. (КАК - напишу ниже)
3) делать ЦСУ (я обслуга -заменять на НУ)
4) разбирать родителей и мужей, как они меня унижали и насиловали, делали обслугой, внушали это, и становиться на позицию несогласия с этим.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
