Грызу гранит нейробиологии. Стала немного лучше понимать, уже нет ощущения ступора. Кажется, разобралась уже с тем, что такое потенциал покоя, хотя еще некоторые термины не ясны. Один из критериев понимания - когда начинает возникать чувство красоты и удивление, что вот так все устроено.
Ион калия окружен водной оболочкой, кот принимает вокруг него определенную форму. В мембране клетки есть специальные каналы, кот пропускают только ионы калия. Этот "пропускной пункт" имеет форму именно той водной оболочки, кот окружает калий, поэтому только ион калия может через него пройти. Офигенно же. Нравится понимать такие мелкие штуки.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
