АПД- это гениальное изобретение Бодха. Она даёт навыки манипуляции и доминантной коммуникации, которые потом оч удобно применять в разговоре. (Я очень красивая, мне ВСЕ это говорят- работает всегда) Я считаю, АПД целесообразно сделать не менее 100 раз.
Это очень быстро - одна остановка метро- одна АПД.
Считаю это безопасно, потому-что :
1) В ней нет ничего противозаконного. Фактически это то, как мужики разговаривают с девочками постоянно. Про секс вопросы задавать законом не запрещено.
2) Если даже мужик неадекватен, то он ничего не сделает, так как вокруг люди и камеры.
3) Не делать её с совсем неадекватными - киллерами, мусликами, наркотами и алкашами.
4) по опыту- делала более 100АПД

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
