Говорила с матерью про её артроз. Она с ним ничего не делала. Читала вики. Срашно становится, если у меня он. Есть прп, что это из-за ежедневного переохлаждения лапы на мышке.
Различила две субличности: одна, которая тут сидит целыми днями у компа и работает, которой страшно высунуться из этой рутины, и другая - которой интересен внешний мир, которая путешествует. Буду напоминать себе, что первая - это не данность. Что я могу выбирать между ними.
Чёт ваще холодно в логове, ночью обещают снег, хоть и маленький плюс. Хорошо, что мы сваливаем хоть ненадолго погреться.

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
