Вернулась из леса. Прошла 7 километров скандинавской ходьбой. Хотелось ощущений как от бега, но прям бегать не хотелось. И получилось то, что надо. Слушала Латынину. Было интересно про Вилли Мюнценберга и зарождение советской пропаганды. Захотелось узнать о нем подробнее.
Думала про политику, про сит в Украине, Европе. Хочется стать умнее, понимать, как в разных сит можно влиять на избирателей и политических противников, чтобы в итоге добиваться своих целей. Хочется много читать.
Состояние слегка тревожное с проблесками приятного. Приятное в основном от ФА и пвк некоторых интересных книжек. Еще немецкий учить хочу.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
