Начала просыпаться часов в 7 утра и в полусне сбивала нф, вспоминала стремление к озв.
С утра частный урок, на кот сбивала нф, устранила несколько подступов тревожности.
Купила офигенный велик, заберу его на след неделе и предвкушаю погружение в новое измерение впечатлений. В Израиле немало мест, куда я давно хотела попасть и там можно кататься на велике. Теперь можно будет забросить его в машину и поехать куда угодно. Ураа!!
В большом парке в ТА, где планирую кататься, есть скалодром. И есть недорогие курсы по скалолазанию. Охота попробовать.
Холодрыга, идет дождь, а мне приятно.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
