ОзВ было мало, а значит НФ было много. Это как невозможно быть "немножко беременной". Или есть ОзВ или НФ.
Есть ясность, что это так. Раньше я не обращал внимание на это. "Ну нет ОзВ, ну и не страшно". А ведь это самообма. Ведь действительно в этот момент нет ОзВ. А что есть? НФ.
Хочу это изменить. Хочу не допускать НФ. Хочу постоянных ОзВ. Буду формировать уверенность и прикладывать усилия. Еще больше.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
