Как защититься от "я же говорила тебе! вот, случилось как я предупреждала!" [если попал в аварию, неудачно вложил деньги, потерял пасспорт, заболел]. Такие фразы ничего кроме чувства вины не добавляют, а тебе итак не легко. И получается, если ты молча и инфантильно соглашаешься, мол да, предупреждала, значит воспринимаешь случившееся не как последствия твоих собственных решений, а как результат ослушания взрослых и более опытных.
Здесь можно сказать: "Прости, разве это твоя ошибка? Зачем ты мне это говоришь?"
Или: "Кто дал тебе право осуждать мои ошибки?"
После такого ответа, человек уже не сможет самоутверждаться за счет тебя.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
