Я поняла: мне нужен сад и чтобы мой письменный стол стоял в саду, чтобы я могла все время смотреть на разных зеленых вокруг.. Сегодня поставила возле стола еще одно растение. Нравится периодически на него смотреть. Вокруг моего письменного стола все больше и больше растений. Вся кухня в растениях. Зато у меня удовольствие на них все время пялиться.
Сделала 1 планку, 1 минуту. Первый раз было удовольствие в тельце от стояния в планке. Я вспомнила это удовольствие от физической нагрузки.Еще растягивалась.
Начала писать свои МН, от этого жить стало интереснее. Читаю селекцию про МН.
Жаль, что день так быстро закончился, не хватило времени. В голове столько мыслей о том как дальше хочется жить...

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
