Буду пару дней против своего желания сидеть с сестрой, сначала была не оч довольная этим фактом, но хотя бы я смогу поучить что-то и сделать упражнения.
Гуляла, лежала с Ромой на лавочке, погода прекрасная. Дети катаются на роликах, взрослые на великах, ветер свежий, хочется что-то делать.
Возникали вспышки горечи, примерно на 7, устранила, но слабый негативный фон был еще минут пять.
Упражнения не искала еще, не хотелось. Буду делать математику и искать их.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
