Человек не хотела никого обижать, но раз извиняется, считает, что делала это.
Либо человек делает не то, что хочет; либо не знает, чего хочет, поэтому делает что попало, руководствуясь чем придётся.
Делать то, что хочешь можно только зная, чего ты хочешь. Правила поведения, правила по которым человек живёт и оценивает окружающий мир, зиждутся на твёрдой уверенности - "я хочу вот этого".
Тогда то, что человек хочет определяет то и соответствует тому, что для него правильно.
Важный нюанс - правдивы только желания, продиктованные волей. А человек зачастую хочет неправильного. Потом мается, извиняется.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
