Ошибка тайм-менеджментов, методик личностного роста и прочей поеботины в том,что они учат выстраивать свою жизнь в контексте событий, дел, планов, людей. Учат оперировать всей этой текучкой теми или иными способами.И только Селекция учит выстраивать свою жизнь в контексте восприятий. Научившись управлять восприятиями, всё остальное будет выстраиваться само – дела и планы будут сами складываться из желаний человека, и если он при этом будет ещё и часто испытывать что-то приятное, то и интересные люди к нему потянутся (или пустят его в свою жизнь),а внешние нежелательные события не будут выбивать из колеи.Никакие тайм-менеджеры до этого до сих пор не додумались. Сплошное самолётопоклонничество

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
