Любая культура, по сути, это набор правил, - ограничения. Культурный человек - это ограниченный человек (внешними заданностями, да и вообще).
В процессе воспитания внимание обучается собирать среднестатистический мир и определять способы реагирования в нём. То есть, человек культурный обыкновенный знает, что мир такой-то, в нём есть такие-то вещи и явления, на которые нужно реагировать так-то.
Так же, в раннем детстве, внимание обучено воспринимать иные режимы реагирования и восприятия как отклонения.
Ту действительность, которую человек имеет (хотя кто кого имеет?) не изменить, используя базовый принцип работы внимания и восприятия, основанный на 5-ти внешних перцептивных каналах.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
