15сф, отжимался, делал разные мелкие дела по Н., забукал отель в Ктм. Нравится деловитость и собранность. Снова различил, что желание похвалы за свои действия препятствует продуктивности. Сделал одну задачу - перехожу к другой, а не упиваюсь воображаемыми выгодами; так хочу действовать, и только так чего-то добьюсь.
Вчера вечером так обожрался, что утром сегодня почти тошнило. Кажется, на этом мое обжорство сбавит обороты.
Мужик в хостеле пару раз пытался со мной завязать общение. Односложно отвечаю и игнорирую его, не задаю никаких встречных вопросов. Откуда-то знает, что я русский. Ну и пусть думает, что русские - высокомерные уроды, это же правда (а раньше зачем-то хотелось оправдываться).

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
