Жить слабо интересно. И приятно.
Ограничил немного забивание скуки новостными порталами, которым я занимался прошлый месяц и тут же появилось желание читать и учить язык. Стало находиться время куда эти желания впихнуть. Учитываюсь любовницей французского лейтенанта.
Ограничил забивание скуки следующим образом:
1. Выделил себе 4 билета по 15 минут в день, которые я могу тратить на неограниченное получение впечатлений от новостей.
2. Установил штрафы для этих желаний: перебрал? значит на следующий день билетов становится на один меньше. Не отслеживал и вовлекся в чтение новостей? - тоже самое, штраф на следующий день.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
