вечером позвонили из банка, в который мне приходит зарплата и где у меня лежит немного денег. сказали, что проводят опрос клиентов и просят ответить на несколько вопросов. я сразу спросил, сколько это займёт времени, оказалось - 15 минут или больше. я подумал и понял, что не хочу тратить на них время. сразу сказал об этом. сотрудник стал ныть, что это позволит их банку стать лучше, спрашивал, когда можно перезвонить. я ответил, что я не хочу тратить своё время, чтобы их банк стал лучше и положил трубку.
раньше я бы из неловкости согласился отвечать на их огромный опрос, а потом из неловкости терпел бы, когда стало бы понятно, что это надолго. отказавшись, почувствовал себя приятно свободным.

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
