Составлял план сегодняшнего занятия, ща припрутся ученицы :)
Есть беспокойство, что чтобы научить чему-то чуть больше самых основ, нужно будет рассказывать об очень многом. Это беспокойство - следствие уверенности, как-будто я ответственен за то, что все должно быть очень просто, и теперь мне нужно как-то втиснуться в обещания, которых я не давал. У перфекционизма схожие механизмы. А если действовать без беспокойства - можно объяснять не торопясь, понемногу, разные аспекты веб-программирования, делать уроки длиной не больше часа-полутора, готовить такой материал, чтобы не оставалось пробелов, которые будут накапливаться и путать обучаемых.
Вчера к концу урока отупел и начал путано объяснять.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
