Не потребовала от Л точного времени, когда она придёт. Теперь сижу и жду её. Хочу выйти на улицу, проветриться.
Прокручиваю снова и снова утреннюю сит с мж. У меня была ув, что я не могу совершать таких маразмов. Пытаюсь осознать все свои ошибки и его манипулятивные приёмы. Есть чб, что я такой дурой и останусь, пч мало пру для изучения языка.
Пинка мне объясняла про соперничество. Хочу понаблюдать за его проявлениями у себя и своим отн к этим проявлениям.
Весь день сидела дома и выбрала исп жкс, вместо того, чтобы почитать. Хотя рж читать до сих пор есть. Но чтобы забить нэ я предпочла смотреть вики про актис из Orange.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
