Сделал планку сутра, щас прикольно в теле уже 20 минут.
Энергии хватит до 16:00, поэтому при расчете времени на работу нужно учитывать, что после 16 я не смогу активно работать. То, что я делал 10 минут до 16, я буду делать 40 минут после. Я просто напоминаю себе, чтобы не было снова самообмана. Если я не хочу работать - то и не надо, но и не нужно само-отупляться, уверяя себя, что вечером я возьмусь за работу.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.

Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
