Раскопал несколько "должен", раньше было тяжело с ними работать, т.к работать "должен" чтобы оплачивать счета. "Должен" вникать в детали, чтобы быть более успешным в работе
Погрузился очень удачно и различил, что есть должен как догма и есть как объективная реальность: работать чтобы оплачивать счета это реальность, но приносит нэ догма с таким же именем. Тоже различил с пониманием. Необходимость как отсутствие должного выбора не напрягает, а мобилизирует, а догма приносит нэ
Важно было облечь понимание словами, чтобы опираться на это и устранять эти догмы.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
