Дождь был несильным, тёплым и освежающим, совсем не так страшно при езде на велике, как я боялась. Зуб мне сделали за 20 мин, потом немного погуляла по Грасии. Нравится там. Хочется зайти в каждую лавку и купить что-то.
30 мин плавания. Бывают такие лд, кот. тебя не обгоняют на дорожке, а разворачиваются и плывут в др. сторону. Мне хочется о них заботиться, сказать, что в обгоне нет ничего нежелательного. Я запрещаю себе навязывать им свои идеи. В итоге мучаюсь, что мешаю им, пока они не свалят. В паровой приятно слезает старая кожа. Я теперь совсем не хожу в сухую сауну.
С. купил вкусную типа брынзы, очень сливочный вкус.
Хочется Морошку увидеть.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
