Су "надо быть в числе лучших" в одних случаях сильно отравляет - когда прокачивается чсв, привязкой к какой-то роли, статусу, за счет подавления рж;
а других парализует - я даже не пробую какое-то новое действие/занятие, если нет гарантий стать "лучшей", быть "первой".
А т.к. практически ни в какой деятельности я не могу быть "первой", то я не делаю вообще нихрена, а в тех небольших областях, где я развиваю "бурную деятельность" , я действую из идей фикс, ориентируясь на то, что принято считать "правильным", не исходя из своих ж, при этом я дофига дорисовываю, чтобы гарантированно "быть лучшей".
Херня из детства, но когда-то я ее переняла и теперь этим сильно уродую свою жизнь

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
