Часто заставляю себя читать книгу, потому что есть ув, что книга интересная и ее надо прочитать. Огромная разница между таким чтением и когда затягивает и не хочется останавливаться. В первом случае еще есть фоновое желание, чтобы книга закончилась, и я могла с чистой совестью поставить галочку. Так у меня происходило с "Архипелагом Гулагом". Мне в какой-то момент стало утомительно читать детали арестов и пыток, но я читала, тк это же крутая книга. Есть страх отказываться от таких действий. Страх делать только то, что в самом деле нра. Не думала, что он у меня есть.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
