+сделала в 1й раз трн заключённых, все кроме стойки на голове, мне кажется на своём уровне бабушки я могу что-нибудь сломать. Все остальное понр, оказалось сложнее, чем я думала, и приятно делать. Только пресс оч сложно, он у меня всегда был самый слабый.
Ваще сост спокойное приятное, все немного свежее, обновленное, и охота простые дела делать. Типично после оргазма.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
