15 мин цв НО. Взн хаот состояние, не могла соср на вв, поэтому прекратила и стала искать другие занятия.
Подмела пол, немного успокоилась.
Устраняла встревоженность 20 мин. Слушала муз, кот была озфа много лет назад. Стало ясно, что встр-ть взн из-за того, что энергии становится больше, а привычки находиться в спокойном состоянии и без вороха мж - еще нет. Это точно так, потому что есть ощ, что энергии больше, чем обычно и легче вспоминать озв, есть желания вп на выбор, желание фа.
Донья Соледад - одна из самых вдохновл женщин в книгах Кастанеды. От ее новой личности взн вв прикосновения к мощной стихии, кот может преобразить все что угодно. Вечная жизнь, вечная мощь. Тяга туда.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
