Ночь в утрехтском хостеле. Один из худших хостелей, в которых был. При этом стоит 20 евро за ночь и набит битком (все 16 неудобных кроватей в нашей комнате были заняты). Зато раздают бесплатные затычки для ушей, в других местах почему-то не додумывались.
Продолжаю просыпаться рано - до 5 утра (вчера всего 5 часов спал, потому что готовил презентацию), хотя иногда получается поспать на час-два дольше, и тогда состояние все-таки приятнее. В Киеве высплюсь.
Привычка тут же замечать всплески недовольства осталась, клево. Но приятных состояний все равно давно не было, за исключением редких проблесков. И каждый вечер ощущение, что ночью кончу. Но пока 34 дпо.

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
