Зарегилась на новом сайте, где надо ставить цели. Написала свою. В чем оказался прикол?
- я не знала в точности зачем мне это, какая польза
- я действительно это хочу или просто качу как ржавый паровоз
- у меня не было никакого плана выполнения, просто мифическое "10 тысяч"
- не было разбивки, например в середине срока я не могла сказать выполню я план или нет
- не было понимания сколько работы мне надо сделать, чтобы заработать единицу денег
- от этого не было и понимания сколько работы надо делать в день, сколько могу себе давать поблажек
кароче, я идиот. неудивительно что у меня работают только те цели, которые от меня почти не зависят, например СОЛО или мемрайз.
расписала первую цель.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
