Отметилась в СП, потусила на мемрайзе, повтор и новые.
Поздно встала, фигово что остается мало времени для всякой тусни, но и не хочу убивать себя ранними вставаниями. Заебываюсь на работу рано вставать.
Вчера откопала новый навык, которым охота овладеть - быстрочтение. Посмотрела сразу все 8 уроков которые есть на ютубе. Они от канала Культуры и явно видно что там люди подставные проходят эти уроки, но принцип ясен и он везде повторяется. На всех сайтах.
1) Перестать возвращаться обратно по тексту, если что-то не понял. Возможно дальше будет этот момент разъясен, если нет, отложи книгу и подумай, если через пол часа не сообразишь, то перечитывай.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
