23.00-03.45, 04.15-07.45. Ночью разбудили соседи сверху, бегая в ботинках по квартире, роняя что-то на пол, крича с 4 этажа таксисту "щас спустимся", хлопая дверьми лифта. Исп ннв к ним и чб, пч не считаю, что могу им делать замечания.
Сегодня хочется в басик и на тай-чи. Посмотрим, сохранится ли это ж до вечера.
Думаю, хочу ли встретиться с каталанцем. Ж нет, но, возможно, аппетит прийдёт во время еды.
Приятно пояснице лежать на фитболе!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
